Turkey tips are grilling with a few inches of snow on the ground in May. Crazy! I can always rely on Dr Frank wines to hold up even though it’s a 2015. Loving the flora aromatics on his Gruner Veltliner.

Tasting a 2012 Pinot noir made by my parents from a small collection of vines on the east side of Cayuga Lake. Light colour, but still easily recognisable as a Pinot, despite being stored upright. Vines frozen by winter cold not long after - they've never recovered...

Boundary Breaks 2016 OLN : Med-dry, fresh, balanced [citrusy] acidity; bright stone fruit & ripe yellow-fleshed fruit flavors w/ a dash of mineral on the finish. Irresistibly gulpable; paired nicely with my spicy garlic shrimp lunch. Attractive price $13.
