Passenger compliance starts in the terminal not after passengers navigate the entire process and then attempt to board an aircraft. Crew members spend the most time with passrangers and they shouldn’t have to say NO.

why are you liking their comment? Your agency shouldn’t be watching flight crews when more than the approved should never go down the jetbridge. It should start before security.

According to your public announcements carry-on baggage is limited to one carry-on and 1 personal item. Why then don't you enforce the rule? Flight crews should not have to deal with these issues.
