today! Gave the weights a break (aka gave my muscles a break!) and hit aLL the CaRdIO machines at the gym today. Okay, maybe not all, but many - the HIITMill, StepMill, recumbent bike and treadmill to keep boredom at bay! 💪

This bump is really starting to get in the way of goblet squatting and RDLs. Not to mention everyday tasks like putting shoes on and picking things up off the floor. But I finally felt some kicks this weekend and wouldn’t trade this for the world 😊

The best part about pregnancy? An excuse to eat all the food. The worst part about pregnancy? No appetite, reflux, exhaustion, etc. Eat what you want, when you can. Remember the more you work out now, the easier it will be to work off those pounds later.
