Don’t sacrifice your family for the pursuit of being a fire service icon/hero. Be the best you can be for your family, for the citizen, & for your firefighters. Time flies & we can’t get back moments we miss. Cherish every day!

Q time - in rural areas where nationally we all struggle to recruit enough , would you rather see smaller crews turn up quickly and do their best with great equipment or wait longer for the next nearest team to arrive? Risk aware or risk averse?
