I remember when I used to feel awake & refreshed after a shower.  I hate having to ration my energy. If I want to go out, I cant shower that day. If I shower that day, I cant go out. I just want to be able to take care of myself without being so tired.

I’ve had fibromyalgia for the last 4 years, having left an amazing job in NYC back in the UK as stay at home dad as I cannot work like I used to. This comes with its own pressures. I just don’t know what’s going on.

Today is a day of putting away groceries (ordered online). I've put away the frozen and chilled stuff and I'll be pacing with the rest. That's full day planned, then.

Mitochondria are a part of each cell that is called the powerhouse of the cell because they generate energy for the cell. They are also one of the main contributors to why many people with Lyme and chronic illnesses feel fatigue.

Mitochondria are often damaged when people have Lyme or other infections. When mitochondria are damaged, they cannot provide adequate energy to the cells which cannot provide adequate function and energy to the whole body.

creeps up on you & slows down your life There’s nothing you can do about it & if you worry about it, it gets worse😳 I try & stay positive, but it can be challenging when you have to do everything or it doesn’t get done😚
