GM! I love most days I’m OMAD but I love the flexibility of switching up fasting protocols when necessary! I maintain my weight so much easily now. This is a way of life for me not a diet!

Now on hour 40 of my first 48 hour fast. (I've done shorter .) Didn't know what to expect, but it's not so bad actually. Any advice from experienced fasters?

Food=fuel but when you fast your body is forced to pull from the only source of energy available to it - FAT Thus by default occurs, so rather than why not waist away with intermittent ?

By fasting we put under authority our desire to satiate our flesh. This results in a more heightened state of sensitivity to the spirit and of all things spiritual. Man shall not live on bread alone.

This is how I felt after doing the Mimicking diet for five days 😊. Would I do it again? No, but I’m glad I tried it. It also made me eat more mindfully, as I savoured the small amount of food I’d been given
