Good day yesterday. Completed the in 4hrs 43mins and the joints are feeling it today. Weather was great and the guys/girls from work put in a great effort. Some were out for up to about 8 hours but kept going. 15 miles, approx 4000ft elevation. Done.

Tell ya what. How I used to do that in less than 4 hours is beyond me. Next time I'll run the Roman road as I used too but still not got a sub 4 hours in me. I'd take 5 hours right now.
