Pretty sure this is water voles high up on the River Aller. Frustratingly slow to survey for with lush vegetation abounding. Plenty of holes and runs. Hopefully not Ratty.

This is Clover dodder Cuscuta epithymum, a parasitic plant I found a couple of months ago growing on gorse up on the moor above Porlock.
