Hello everyone in ETEC527, this is my first tweet and I'm really skeptical but excited to see where this Twitter adventure takes me. I'm hoping to learn the ins and outs of this social media and determine ways I can incorporate it into my classroom.

I got on during my conference to see if our filters would let me and they did!! I'm thinking I may be able to use this with my parents as a form of communication next year. So much easier and less informal than a skyward blast or email.

Twitter is always moving so fast to me. I understand the value of searching hashtags now because social media has transitioned from a chronological timeline to a targetted timeline

I have been seeing teachers share photos of their students. I'm curious, because I don't work in a school, do you all have to have consent of the parents to share on your social media? Do they ever have any reservations.
