Far from politics but plastic waste is continuously ignored in . Tonnes of plastic bags used by labs for sample transfer is just a small example. This needs to change.

Banning is fine, but any alternative solutions, such as bags made from wood or cotton, doesnt help us reduce the , as the research study conculeded. My suggestion is traditional furoshiki, or versatile wrapping cloth.
