A war threat? Thank you for proving why we need to have licensing requirements, background checks, and red flag laws. Anyone who would “go to war” if a law was passed through democratic means SHOULD NOT own a gun.

Vaping deaths: 6 Gun deaths: 10,363 so far in 2019 alone. If you are willing to address one, you should be willing to address the other. A ban on assault weapons is legal & constitutional according to the Supreme Court. And we know it will save lives.

Interesting to see such swift action in public safety bc of vaping, yet people are being blown away by gun violence and crickets. The 2nd amendment doesn’t say you get to bear automatic mass war grade guns on a whim.

Methinks you give this guy too much credit Tom. I truly believe progressives and conservatives alike will support any candidate to put an end to this never ending shitshow currently in the WH. We’ve had it.

Biden “defends himself” against black people with chains. Bernie chains himself to a black person to defend their rights. Who do you want as your president?

Nearly 500 cases of vaping-related illnesses: Trump bans flavored e-cigarettes. 10,369 die by gun violence in 2019 so far:* crickets * They’re both public health issues, they should BOTH be addressed with urgency.

Please keep our Houston family in your thoughts and prayers. A violent gunman carjacked a person, robbed a priest and shot a police officer several times during apprehension! and it must stop now!

BREAKING: The House Judiciary committee just passed our bill to ban high-capacity magazines. Experts agree this is one of the most effective ways to protect our communities. If there was ever a bill Congress needs to act on NOW, it is this.

Proud of my Democratic colleagues in the Senate, who are holding the floor to help end gun violence. The American people want common sense gun control - Leader McConnell must allow the Senate to vote.
