As my research has shown, we could take ALL girls out of penal establishments (where they feel unsafe) into Secure Children's Homes and fill these paid for, empty places, if the will is there to do so

A 16-year-old boy has died at Cookham Wood young offenders institution in Kent. He is the 35th child to die in penal custody since 1990. Prisons are unsafe and damaging places for children and need closing down & resources redirected to community services.
