An rep came out to our house a year ago. We aren't on the planned upgrade map. He said it's not like we are trying to put men on the moon, if you sign up to Eir I'm sure we can arrange to get you connected up. Of course he was lying.

Why is it you like to exploit your loyal customers? Signed up last year for unlimited broadband for 39.99 a month, as the contract has ended it's up to 51.73 per month. If I was a new customer I would only be paying 29.99 for the first six months

I spoke to Aaron on your team who unfortunately said the loyalty team only do outbound calls and that there is no better price for your loyal customers than €61.99 a month! have the best deal with no landline!

Attempt number 8 at leaving . eircare come on guys, how can I owe 400EUR when I am not even a customer anymore since April and all bills fully paid up. Cancel normally means cancel, not keep services open and harass former customers.

Such a shame is such a scam of a business, I really wish I knew. Despite fully paying a bill they’re saying they didn’t receive full amount and blame the bank, bank have fully backed me up and flat refuses to acknowledge their mistake and still expect me to pay!
