While releases more specifications for w/ RESTful services using , saw an interface for emergency notification. HIE to notify via SFTP with a pipe "|" separated txt file. 2019 specs! Should have modern interfaces?

Electronic health record tech needs an overhaul. Watching a health care professional use these user interfaces and forms is like going into a time machine to a dystopian windows 95. So many clicks and forms to log one patient interaction!
