Guess which plant cell compartment (in magenta) this is? It looks like the bacterial effector (in green) has a major impact on it 😅

Plant pathogen effector structures: Phytophthora (+other oomycetes) have WY fold, M. oryzae has MAX fold. Are more out there?

I guess that there are the powdery mildew CSEP effectors too, that may have a conserved ribonuclease-like fold.
