My eating disorder brain insists that every meal has to be a ✨production✨ & sometimes I just CBA so I eat less nutritious food & then feel like shit, it’s always when I’m fed up & needed the more nutritious food 😭 wish I could just be chill about food

I really don't want to be drinking these but I know if I don't it's only gonna hold me back and ruin my recovery. No matter how hard it gets or how impossible it may feel, I'm gonna get through this..

Off for a few days away. Anorexia is already seeing it as a chance to let the meal plan slide.... 🙄 Send me strong recovery vibes, please! 💪🙏

Weight loss will not cure negative body image! Striving for weight loss will simply lead to more negative health outcomes than living in a larger body. Dieting in the pursuit of an “ideal” body can steal YOUR joy! Make the most out of your life💕

So today I was weighed and I’ve officially gone up a whole bmi point. I really wish I could feel happy about that as it’s what I’m aiming for, after all, but I’m terrified of losing control 😣😣😣

Not sure why, but sleeping tablet prescribed for my Father didn’t work at all. Whole household awake in early hours 🙄🙄 Hard to accept the psychologist’s advice to eat more calories to balance the extra nervous energy being burned 😞

Not the best of days. Thought my father may need to be either a/removed to respite or b/potentially sedated... and that was all before 11am. So grateful for a husband who through all this, just keeps placing small snacks in front of me again and again and again.
