I am so depressed. If only the had lowered last year's GDP to Rs.134.35 lakh crore instead of Rs.139.81 lakh crore, we would have had 10% GDP growth this year. Now, we are stuck with just a 5.7% growth.

When a biz goes under due to operational reasons & promoters are unable to pay (but provide collateral), I can understand. But what I don't appreciate is promoters having or siphoning money from/using the Co. It should be a crime with criminal intentions!

For no apparent reason a tax-daan of Rs 1.45 -lakh crore was given to the industry in Sept 2019. Some sensible economists have called the huge tax cut as a bad idea, which was not at all required. But has its eyes on trimming the Rs 1.71-lakh cr food subsidy
