Before: July 2016 240lbs eating big Macs 3 times a week. After: Oct 2017 212lbs working out 3 days a week for a year, 7 mos no meat, feeling/looking like I'm 30 instead of 40!! Maybe I can inspire someone the way I was motivated by others 💪👍💯

2016 I was 230lbs and eating burgers every week...forward to 2018 and I'm down to 208lbs with a regular workout regimen and much healthier lifestyle. Getting better as I get older 💪💯
