Simple, vegan, raw. Cucumber tomato salad. 8 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, 1 red onion, 1 bunch cilantro, juice of 2 limes. Pinch of salt and pepper. The longer it marinates the better it tastes.

I enjoy following you, but you gotta ditch the scale. Our bodies are in constant flux, hence the day to day changes. Weight is arbitrary & has little to do with health. It's all about body composition & how you feel.

Just finished up 6 quarts of beautiful chicken stock! I love having homemade stock on hand. You can whip up a quick soup, use as a base for sauces & make some AMAZING gravy! 😋😋😋 Plus it freezes well! Next up 🍌
