After seeing my nutritionist today, I realize I'm at the stage of weight restoration where I have to dig deeper than I ever have before to keep going. It's so hard, but I'm very determined. All forms of encouragement appreciated

Last year my brother told me I look like shit. This is why I was covered up yesterday—he picks his kids up at school too. Didn’t want any nasty comments thrown my way when he sees me. More clothes=safety.

Cw i got my gut bacteria back to normal so now I have to eat like 2k calories every day or I get hunger pains (which I didn't used to get when I was sick) and its BULLSHIT. Eating is so much effort and so expensive and boring. Ugh I hate cooking for myself.
