I remain deeply concerned about ethics of compelling athletes with to take high doses of medication to reduce testosterone which carries high risk. This isn’t evidence based & it’s difficult to believe a Doctor could legally or ethically prescribe it

Highlight of team clinic yesterday: giving diagnosis disclosure to 10 year old girl with CAH as well as explaining difference between gender identity and gender stereotypes. Also gave age-appropriate sex ed!
