Very intermittent training over the last couple of months means Iโ€™ve lost focus and strength. Finally finding rhythm with my eating but wanted to see what I could push to on curls after repping out beforehand. Not the best form but happy with that ๐Ÿ˜

Day 2 back at it after a few weeks off for personal reasons. That was tough today: 100kg squats (yes these chicken legs work ๐Ÿคฃ) followed by 10km on the bike and some abs to see if thereโ€™s anything under the love handles.... wait out on that one ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฃ

I keep forgetting to tweet my fitters! I have not been shitters, honestly. I've been doing my 30 mins of floor exercises and between 66 and 110 press ups each day. 66 today, but I'll do more when I get back from rehearsal. ๐Ÿ˜
