So this morning I decided to get up at 2am and take on Mt Errigal, Co Donegal in the pitch black. The scenes were stunning from above the clouds when the sun began to rise.

The view of Magherawarden Beach / Ballymastocker Bay in Port Salon is one of the most beautiful sights to behold. To give you an idea of where the view point is and how vast the beach is - There are quite a few people in this photo!!

The west of Ireland isn't here as a carbon sink for the cities. I'm sick of watching the place die a slow death. We were put off the land once before and it isn't happening again.

I love the tendency in Ireland to friendliness & kindness and also allowing oneself to be helped by another person (who you may know little about.) In rural Donegal if my car breaks down, I just put up the bonnet and wait....Somebody will always stop and help

Dash cam footage from a van shows a collision with a horse and cart which came directly into the path of a van in Co Donegal The teenager escaped with minor injuries, but unfortunately the horse was killed in the collision on the Letterkenny dual carriageway yesterday

Perfect isolation. Where else could you get a beach to yourself and no footsteps. The peacefulness of County last night as the behind Owey Island and radiated beautiful warm soft colours along the shoreline. Great place to practice BLISS!
