To continue to see young men die in my city just lets me know we all can DO MORE. Growing up in poverty was always tough and most have no clue. Many embrace the impoverished culture but will do little to make changes in it. I vow to play my part in helping others FOREVER.

What inspires me? Students!!! They are the reason that I continue on! Also, when you wear matching polka dotted masks you have to take a picture!

We like to dwell. And plan. And dwell. And plan. Just starting is powerful. That first step or moment of action is often the hardest but most important.

Pandemic grading is complex, from papers to Canvas (to do list has >200 items for grading) to email attachments, Flipgrid vids, EdPuzzle ?s, Nearpod, Padlets, Jamboards. I toggle between sometimes 10 or more platforms to assess students' work.
