This stupid woman had three dogs in a locked car and while I was one the phone with the police she came out she started yelling at me that “She knows! She’s a dog trainer!” It’s 90*F out still - don’t leave your dogs locked in a hot car!

Police say if you see a dog locked in a car when it's hot, take a picture, then break the window. In this way, you will not be charged with criminal damage and the police will have evidence to bring the owners of these dogs to court.

If you love your dog (cat or pet), DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN A HOT CAR. I tested the heat. In 11 mins, the temp in my car (a new sports car) was 109. I promise I’ll call police & bust your window if I see a dog left in a hot car. I’ve done that before🐾

Good news from Maricopa County - not a single child or companion animal died after being left in a car in Phoenix this summer! Awareness campaigns (+ taking action if you see a human/animal in distress) are crucial to keeping everyone safe.
