This depends on the size of the site and how many issues arise. Also bonus, how the server handles the site being crawled by tools such as ScreamingFrog. Once had to crawl 1 URL per 2s to not overload the server. It was a long day.

Yep, especially considering Google's latest EAT iteration, I'm seeing better performance with real-life author attribution in articles. Just anecdotally, though - I haven't seen an actual case study yet.
