How my diet is going. 5:30 am: Protein shake. 10 am: Too hungry to wait for lunch. Eats turkey wrap. 2 pm: Someone brought a giant bag of almonds for break room. Resists urge. 2:01 pm: Eats 100 000 calories in salted almonds. 2:02 pm: Throws self out window.
