So, a couple of months ago, following a visit to my GP, I had that phone call from the Practice nurse about my cholesterol levels being "slightly elevated." Turns out "Slightly elevated" really meant to have the emergency services on speed dial.

Yoghurt is healthy but you still have to be careful. Some organic yoghurts can be quite sugary - containing more sugar per 100g than cola. Only natural and Greek-style yoghurts could be classed as low in sugar.
