I do not agree or accept westerncentric btw. You can hold that view but it’s not the case. I also do not agree that entitlement to resources is automatic because of their existence. I do not think I should have nuclear power just because it’s possible and available.

I have not received any medicines since 2014. Symptoms of chronic pain after Lyme have passed after neurorehabilitation: supervision of a neurologist and rehabilitation in a cryochamber, gymnastics, physical movement. I do not have fibromyalgia anymore.

Read OUT LOUD many times. Yes, talk to your work. Dialogue should sound like normal speech, each person speaking in their own voice and cadence. We don’t always speak in full sentences. Good conversation moves the story forward. New speaker, new paragraph.
