To all T1D (& T2D) parents & patients struggling on a holiday weekend with memorable twist - stick together as a grass roots community. Let’s hope this for-profit entity learns from its share-server debacle to address most basic element of customer service -communication

Super disappointed with . Going to be days if not a week without a CGM b/c their “EZ Refill” ordered a week late. Was told it will “hopefully” come in 2 days. “Hopefully” my sugar won’t get too high or low while I fly blind because of their mistake.

What an inadequate answer to the tech problem. I'm astounded how bad they are at this.

I’m not familiar with Android. Any other users know how to take screenshots if the app says they can’t be taken?

Whether incompetence, or overthought calculation (‘you guys don’t know what we were dealing with,’ versus ‘you don’t know what we know’) - the absence of communication was failed leadership to the nth. The root cause is indeed a separate question and of equal concern

tech co in healthcare don’t need to worry about people become too accustomed to the tech. They need to be prepared with back up systems. It’s that people weren’t communicated with despite having our phone numbers and email.

told you exactly what I needed in a MAC - your rep told me the specific computer to buy. I purchased the one he suggested and now when nothing works I’m told you don’t offer technical support. Yet you were happy to tell me what to buy? Join in companies I dislike

“Sayer told a story that he recently learned about one patient who was woken up at night while on vacation by her mother. That's because her mother saw, through the data sharing, that the patient's blood sugar was low.” how u respond will define u

46 hours and counting. The only communication is via FB, 5 hours, 30 min ago was the last update. This is such an unacceptable level of service for devices that lists $30,000/annually and that people rely heavily upon for important healthcare decisions.

No matter your take on # It infuriates me how this CTO still doesn’t get the fact their product is unreliable often, that customer service is BAD often l. I lose faith in a company that didn’t think about a communication back up with users prior to launch of product.

I've bit the bullet and ordered a G6 starter pack for a step further towards . I've had to go the route of self-funding, which is costly as according to my endocrinology team I dont meet the criteria for HSE funding.

Technology is amazing till it doesn’t work. I rely on the data sharing since my son doesn’t wake up if he goes too low — the Follow app has enabled me to save his life. Hope this gets fixed soon, wish we had a better system overall.

Thousands likely did, you're not alone. 'We will work to do better' won't be enough. A snow removal service does 10x better job communicating if they will be 2h late. No one's life is on the line for that. Can't wash your hands people count on you & pay big $
