Higher Ashton C15 screen. Wainscoting w/ 32 figures of saints & doctors male & female alternating on front, and 'really remarkable' figures on back of prophets w/ scrolls. Screen restored w/ new rood loft 1908 by Herbert Read. Paintings conserved 2008 by Eddie Sinclair.
