1st set was 149kg x 5, this is 169kg x 5, 3rd set was 189kg x 5. Works a slightly different angle, and feels very different...as deadlifts go...I mean....it still feels like a deadlift... but different....just watch the vid.

Starting off the week with the at 150lbs, 5x5. Even with these smaller 45s (stacked atop other plates), feeling much stronger than last week at 135lbs. 139.2lbs yesterday, -6lbs from May 1, 19lbs to go before I'm back to skating weight. Then, we rebuild.
