I've spent time today deleting useless accounts/services I no longer/or have ever used. The number of them that DON'T give you an option to delete but make you email them to do it for you is embarrassing, and asserts my belief they are not worth doing business with.

Yes, the pressure is good and yes, this ad design is a . But citizens blame the government when they are ripped off. Scammers position themselves as the government in their SEO and on their site. Even when they do realize they've been scammed, they blame gov.

Are you consciously using a on the site to manage Oyster cards auto top-up? Tried to change settings, as I can't spend £40 on a single journey, but ended up with £££ top-ups without selecting any amount. This can't be reversed and users can't cancel auto top-up
