Day 11: It’s okay to love yourself and take care of your body. 30 minutes EVERY DAY helps keep the doctor away. Today’s training; 10k race walk, 25 laps pool walking, headstand 541, plank 177, abs and stretching. And yes, I wear earrings in the pool. Smile.
