Since last 6 month i get Low internet speed. When i complained customer support,the reason given was "cricket match is going on,& large no of users use jio in your area,so this issue is faced by u".Is this reason acceptable? 😡

as a measure is obviously fine, but ‘satisfaction’ is not necessarily an indicator of ‘loyalty’ and it’s the latter that actually drives business growth.
