Awesome collaboration between baking and culinary! Baking taught culinary how to make pie dough and Culinary taught baking about knife cuts, protein, and roux. End result was yummy chicken pot pie!!

Focaccia Day!!!!! Caramelized onions, feta, rosemary and garlic roasted olives, and olive oil. All the fresh rosemary and oregano grown right in our CTC Greenhouse! Oh yeah and we made some Feta Compound Butter too

Watching Half Crown Bake House bake bread, cornbread, and pie in the "old world" way in this outdoor oven made this baker do her happy dance! Great way to start the day...cup of coffee by and a warm slice of fresh baked bread and butter.

Between 4 events this week, the Culinary and Baking students from served 750 people! Boxed lunches, lunch buffet, 420 pies for business partners and concessions for the Fall Family Festival.
