CDC's G/L dosing recommendations don't apply to patients w/severe , Dr. Neff noted. He said also he didn't feel it necessary to run a report before writing every Rx for patients he'd been treating monthly for decades.

Sicking out of the only thing I could have enjoyed today. Pain in my leg ripped me out of sleep before dawn, and I can see Ive thrown a clot, but maybe it will resolve itself before 1pm, right? This chest pain means nothing! I will get my butt in that kayak! saturday plans

How does the 90MME rule work when a patient is taking Extended Release Medication like Oxycontin ? The digestive rate is much slower so I was just curious / or is it irrelevant because it’s an Opiate & that’s all that matters ?
