We only need travel receipts, subsistence is fixed sum. I raised issue of phone or tickets eg for (or indeed ). We were told will need printout! But not everyone has easy access to printer anymore, need to update process.

Quick to anybody using do not use them all the while as your card will be declined as they think its stolen. Why don't banks tell you this I don't know. Just keep on using Chip and Pin. Thanks for the heads up I did not get.

2/ similarly a minimum spend in order to minimise processing costs is standard practice; however perhaps the application of both is limiting the usefulness/appeal of the product in this case. Hopefully LB don't have too many more phases planned in the rollout...
