Just did 10x125m rowing sprints... 6/10 same time (22.6), 9/10 all under 23.1 secs and the one that was over, I nearly fell off it

When in doubt. Row it out! We tried a for the first time when working out at @everydayathletegym on vacation. Not long after getting back from Scotland one was in our basement. Awesome piece of equipment!
