Been on the phone for the last month to about being double billed for broadband. Each time its resolved they say they will call back, they don't. Then the process starts agen, am now on hold for 2 hours talking to 3 different people.

Using (or thinking of using) Tech Pack (operated by Lifestyle Services Group Ltd) for phone ? Beware! They do not honour their own T&C's (repair, replace with same model or like-for-like). upheld by the Financial Ombudsman.
