Hey - Iโ€™ve been to five supermarkets looking for your buckwheat muesli (I love it that much...) without any joy. Oats and me are not friends. Is there a supply issue?

Hey , how come you don't train your staff regarding allergies and similar (specifically coeliac disease). Makes ordering things really difficult when the waiters don't understand what they're dealing with...

Does anyone else ever get a fishy taste when eating gluten free bread! I swear I've had this off a few different varieties. Don't know if it's just my imagination?

Iโ€™ve tried many apple pies โ€˜preโ€™ and this certainly has to be the best. Luxury Apple Pie by if youโ€™ve not tried it, Iโ€™d highly recommend it.

I am just writing some training for carers who work with people with both autism and coeliac disease. There aren't many courses around, and they are usually not specialised enough.

A strict non-dairy low residual diet if youโ€™re and is a nightmare. Thank goodness I only have to eat it for 1 day, but that one day involves a 6hr road trip. The (thank you !) will be out to get me! Good job I love plain white rice!

Made this fabulous recipe for cherry and almond scones by Kate ~ @glutenfreealchemist yesterday. Just ate one at greedy speed, you know? The speed you devour some things when no-ones watching! Is there anything better than clotted cream?
