Note to those please don't buy the alternative when you're 'normal' product is unavailable. You're taking vital things from those who NEED them, plus they are an acquired taste and you probably won't enjoy them!

Just heard that our gluten free Superseed loaf picked up a Great Taste Award this year 👏🏼 “a very good example of how gluten free bread could and should be” - super proud.

This is an absolute stonker of a wine and €5. Their gluten free range is really very good indeed and their labelling is very clear, a godsend for me since I was diagnosed . They have a lovely range of falafel too. The sweet potato is my favourite.

So glad this study is finally able to be made public. Thanks, Tricia, for all your hard work on this. Bottom line: experts STILL say do NOT eat fries from a shared fryer with gluten foods.

I've not watched since my diagnosis as it just made me sad, but I think it's safe to say it is everything we need right now.

One for UK followers: would you like to see us align our definition to the US's — where barley malt-based and other hydrolyzed / fermented gluten-grain ingredients are disallowed? (Hat tip to for the idea.)

So...my GP just refused my request for an annual blood test to include LFT, (chronically low)Vit D etc for . Says it’s not necessary. Would be interested to know if other coeliacs have annual review & whether I’m mistaken in thinking this is a NICE guideline?
