A shy cousin of flamboyant relations but still lovely! Clematis heracleifolia doesn’t climb, flowers very late, is elegant & looks great with grasses & Sedum. Plant in big groups, if space allows for a splash of ‘cool’ when everything else is doing ‘hot’
