When I am resting because my body is weak, I need to remember that I'm not wasting the day doing nothing. I am doing exactly what I need to do. I'm recovering.

Did you know that drug reps often leave doctors with generous supplies of free samples, as well as discount coupons for popular medications? Don't be shy—ask your doc for the goods!

Monday so hard-hitting it deleted Tuesday. (Either that or the pain is really bad today and I'm deadly tired for no particularly apparent reason.)

I've just worked out that this Christmas I only need to buy gifts for 8 people! It would have been 10 but my dad and mum in law died this year. Last year I bought for 12 ppl, the year before that when I was only just sick it was around 24. Being sick has its perks 😂

Painsomnia woke me up after only 4 hours of sleep. Now meds kicking in and going to head back to sleep. This is how days are stolen when you have disabilities. The sleep irregularities are no joke - they're hard on body and mind and the ability to get shit done.

Good news: The EEG didn’t show any abnormal brain events. Bad news: The EEG didn’t show any abnormal brain events.

I can’t do everything I want to do. And that is ok. That doesn’t make me lazy. That doesn’t make me a failure. That doesn’t make me anything. It’s just a symptom of a disabling disease.

CN: mentions death I'm not afraid of death. I'm afraid of being stuck in a body that doesn't have life. This is why I choose to *live*, take risks, do more than I should & say yes to what gives me life now. If I only protect myself from damage, I've already lost.

Immunoglobulin side effects are so nasty. And you never know what you are going to get, there are so many options and combos! 😜 It’s been a tough day.

I've done nothing stressful, yet my back is on the verge of giving out right now & I have no idea why. A fall will likely guarantee a trip to the ER. Yay.
