A3. When I need hope I think of my own 2 daughters and recognize what I believe their teachers are providing for them is what I can provide hope for my staff and kids.

A3: I know that I am not alone. Together, my team and I have developed collective emotional resilience that helps us to keep going in hard times. We step up and step in when it’s needed. It’s comforting to know you have others to lean on.

A4: I hope to adapt my mindset towards digital blended learning from “something to get through” to “a new best practice”. I hope to embrace this is the reality of the life I’m living right now, and stop waiting for things to “go back” to the way they were.

“That” kid... somebody’s baby. “That” parent... somebody’s baby. “That” teacher... somebody’s baby. And maybe, if more folks started seeing each other as somebody’s something, the world would be just a little bit better for a lot more folks.
