Stephen Harper AND Andrew Scheer restricted pay equity, refused to fix E.I. to prevent more unemployed women from falling into poverty AND cut funding for early learning and child care. ANY woman knowing this would be NUTS to vote for this Reform Party charlatan.

Rayes: Vice Admiral Norman is requesting access to documents for his legal defense. You're holding back documents he needs - can you explain why? Brison: Simple. If we give him what he needs, we'll have no chance of winning the case.

The same people screaming about carbon tax also scream about refugees and how they don't want them. They need to understand that if we don't take major action on climate change then there will be more refugees than they can imagine.

Carbon Tax is a couple bucks a month on your bill. Out of control forest fires, historic floods occurring regularly & millions of climate refugees will cost more than you can imagine. Good thing Nobel Prize winning economists have said Alberta’s plan can work.

Kenny will “make it harder for opponents to obstruct” and doesn’t want to get “bogged down” with public consultation. Democracy....so needlessly time consuming.

Brett Wilson (on BNN) is blinkered. Now he's complaining about foreign "eco-terrorists" influencing our politics even as the Koch Brothers, Atlas, et al dominate Canadian political discourse via quasi-PACs (CTF, etc.) and "think"-tanks (Frappuccino, etc.).

, they force companies that pollute to pay up and when they dump their costs onto us, consumers find a better solution. Only a total moron or a politician believes companies should be able to pollute with impunity while we pay for the costs associated.

The fact that only one MP was present throughout the emergency debate on climate change shows you that has no plan to combat climate change nor cares. The is nothing but a bumper sticker for them. They do not care about our future.

Well, Ms. Raj, if the shoe fits, the Conservatives will have to wear it. They DON'T take climate change seriously as evidenced by their opposition to pricing carbon at the federal and various provincial levels. It isn't anything BUT a partisan issue.

Not since the Bloc have I questioned a political party's loyalty to Canada and commitment to our values. Between their constant efforts to undermine the government and praise of Trump, I legitimately question the 's loyalty to Canada and Canadian values.

The devastating report from the UN on is clear: we’re running out of time. That’s why today, we’re asking for an emergency debate to push the government to act now. That means fixing inadequate emission targets and investing in green jobs, not pipelines.
