Maybe we should re-think and look into why toddlers tend to not like vegetables. Could it be that they are needing more protein and fat ? Or they are inherently aware that this plant food matter is not in alignment with what their bodies thrive on ? Interesting

My sleep has vastly improved giving up coffee. No withdrawals. Have been drinking iced coffee for the last 15 years. Usually a extra large everyday.
