May triggered Article 50 without a plan, called a cocky election which left her dependent on the DUP bigots and has a dodgy interpretation of what Leave voters wanted that seems to be focused on immigration. A Shakespearean tragedy about vanity.

Be in no doubt Tory backbenchers who are calling for John Bercow to resign are doing so out of a deep rooted hatred of the man rather than anything to do with accusations of bullying. They hate him because he stands up to them & Tories despise anyone who stands up to them

The backstop on the Irish border was agreed by Britain in December last year. It is extremely embarrassing that our govt has backtracked on an Agreement which it signed. We should be thoroughly ashamed and never again expect to be trusted by the EU or anyone else.

I'm not much bothered what the DWP error costs the government, let's focus on the misery and degradation of those who were cheated out of their entitlement.

Theresa May and Caroline Flint share a couple of things - their aggressive attitude towards the poor and the ability to talk for ages, in complete sentences, without saying very much at all.
