Very hard to pick a path to follow. Have been attending meditation class and am reading “How to Transform your Life” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso however, I don’t think I will limit my reading and study to his teachings.

What does being a mean? It means that your faith is and culture is . It means that you have a proud and old Islamic heritage but an even older Hindu and heritage. Leave one of them and you are incomplete.
