Okay folks, I’m employing tactics. For the past 6 months I’ve made steady gains in the gym 🏋️‍♀️ doing 4x5 with longer rests - basically “going heavy” For the next 6 months I’m moving to 5x10 with short rests. Will update you all with how things go.
