🍻 A few thoughts on the sex discrimination case. Judge says "it is clear the claimant [Dr Thomas Bower] has been directly discriminated against by the defendant [Brewdog] because of his sex", because their discounted beer promotion was only for women. 1/4

If you want to know who asks "When is it international mens day?"... It is this asshole! The sort of guy that tells HR if you use his mug at work

The whole thing highlights that people really don't understand the whole gender pay gap situation. Men and women do different jobs, with men doing the most dangerous and well paid work, on average. Women work less hours than men, on average. Hence, the pay gap.

Sues over their Sex Discrimination & donates his £1,000 in damages to the Young Women’s Trust, which aims to help women negotiate for better pay & male mental health charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). Honestly, that's awesome.

Replying to @Cyber_beer
I’ve just read this article on the news, and well justified. No one over the age of 18 in buying alcohol in a bar should be refused a product due to their gender. I believe he gave the £1000 to charity.

I’m not ‘virtue signalling’ re the controversy - I really am just totally 1,000,000 times angry and furious about incels, neckbearded snowflakes making my closest city look like a patriarchal shithole.
