"second time a man has died after being Tasered... the last three months" "If I had the choice between being pepper sprayed once a month or TASERed every day, I would take the TASERing every day because I know once it's over, I'd be fine." --Peel Police 2007

"like I said before, once it's [TASER] it's done. And if I shot up any quicker at the CMG [Chief'sManagement Group] presentation, I'd have gone through the ceiling. I got up that fast..." --officer who'd been TASERed 12 times to Peel Police Board, Dec 16 2007.

re "SIU investigating after Mississauga man dies after being Tasered by police" "It's the second time a man has died after being Tasered... within the last three months" Unequivocal here: Facing a crisis I expect *police* to get home safe to their families.

Today, I introduced An Act to amend the Highway Traffic Act with respect to Air-brake endorsements. We’re cutting red tape & saving time for Ontario’s truck drivers by removing the air-brake endorsement re-test. We are making life easier for Ontario’s Trucker Drivers.

I wonder how many Christians -- who God has (apparently) given dominion over the earth, and who Jesus calls to be good stewards over His riches -- drove to City Hall to receive their proclamation during a ?

I'm not sure the history of "bringing God" to the Indigenous people of Canada is something we want to celebrate.

The momentum continues to grow against Bill 21. City after City are joining the fight for religious freedom. Proud that was first City in Canada to stand up against this attack on our multicultural mosaic.

"It's the second time a man has died after being Tasered by police in Mississauga within the last three months" A 2007 demo to Peel Police Board convinced them (and me) that more benign than pepper spray. One senior instructor was TASERed 400 times.

I was on Dean Street in today. And I thought it myself: “Self, what if Brampton spent 1/10 of the money at the intersection of Dean and Kennedy Road South that it has spent on the intersection on Main and Queen? I bet a cool little Neighbourhood would develop.”

Spoiler Alert: Nothing to be started in Brampton by the next 2022 election. 4 years to be lost with nothing to show. No LRT, No highway, No hospital, No University.. Just massive tax hikes starting next year and service cuts from Ford. Kick out Sarkaria and Sandhu.

3 yrs today Nov 18 2016, Peel Police Services Board Chair Amrik Ahluwalia introduced newly-hired Executive Director, Robert Serpe. I had no idea at the time that the Crombie-Jeffrey "open" "progressive" "we're listening" Board had just veered harrrrd rrrRIGHT!

Thanks to & for having me at their Heart Lake community town hall. I was really impressed by the level of community engagement. Democracy works best when when residents participate.
